All orders are shipped through USPS with tracking info provided. Please allow up to 3 business days for ready to ship items to be processed. Processing and shipping times vary for made to order items. Custom order timelines also vary, this will be communicated during the custom order process.

If items are damaged during delivery, please contact me within 48 hours to resolve. I cannot guarantee expected delivery dates depending on delays with USPS. Please contact me if you have any questions on your order!

*International Shipping Info: Shipping delays may occur and expected delivery dates vary by destination. Item weight and packaging are based on size of the stained glass piece, so shipping rate will reflect costs. Buyer is responsible for any additional customs fees. Items are shipped through USPS Priority Mail International.
